Yes
Simple
I am assuming that you are referring to certain types of special educational provision (SEP) i.e., speech and language therapy, occupational therapy etc identified in section F of an EHCp.
The answer is normally yes:
08.15 Does section F have to specify things like how much provision a child or young person requires, and how often?
It is important to bear in mind, that with all such SEP:
1. It must be seen to be necessary to meet special educational needs identified in section B
2. Any such recommendation should be made by a relevant expert. For example – speech and language therapy recommendations (including hours/ week) made by a speech and language therapist.
I hope this is helpful
