Simple
There’s a lot of help out there if you are doing it yourself. It can be daunting but I found IPSEA, SOS!SEN websites and webinars, and also Families in Focus incredibly helpful for me. I had a brilliant contact at Families in Focus who walked me through the process. Also speak to other SEN mums/dads who have been through it and local online groups who have been through the experience themselves.

The Council for Disabled Children provides the Information, Advice and Support Services Network supporting local area services, and you can find your own local service here
